Beds, Lawn Areas, and Hard Surfaces – Twin Oaks Landscape will remove debris from under tree and shrub areas (pine and conifer needles will remain). We will clear lawn areas, groundcover beds and hard surface areas of incidental sticks and other winter debris. This is based on an adequate fall clean-up having been completed; this work will be performed at an additional charge.
Incidental Pruning – Twin Oaks Landscape will prune incidental dead or damaged portions of shrubs and trees less than twelve (12) feet in height. We will prune all sucker growth.
Ornamental Grasses and Perennials – Twin Oaks Landscape will cut back all ornamental grasses and perennials that may have been left standing from winter.
Edging – Twin Oaks Landscape will edge all existing bed lines (without permanent edging) using an edging shovel or power bed edger. We will edge wooded lawn perimeters only in areas where mulch is applied.
Weed Control – Twin Oaks Landscape will hand pull weeds greater than three (3) inches in height. We will apply pre-emergent weed control to all shrub and groundcover beds.
Mulch – Twin Oaks Landscape will apply hardwood shredded bark mulch to all existing shrub beds, tree rings, and perennial beds with a two (2) inch layer. We will add a one (1) inch layer of organic material.
Debris Removal and Disposal – Twin Oaks Landscape will remove all debris collected from the property when the work is completed for the day.
