Just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with your crew on installing the French Drain this week.
Winston, Quintin and Billy work well as a team, and they were very courteous and willing to explain each step of the process as they were installing the drains. The workmanship is great and when the project was completed, you can hardly notice where the drains were installed. Everything was back in place, neat and clean. In terms of taking out plant materials, using particular stones, etc. for the open outlets in back, the crew always asked before doing the final part, if they could do something or use something—they consulted with us first.
We really appreciate being able to be part of what was going on at the time. Please let Winston, Quintin and Billy know that we felt very comfortable and pleased with their work.
This crew shows how important it is to have really good, knowledgeable, and very qualified group of individuals who can do the job, and make the client feel totally at ease that the job was well done according to specifications. This was a totally professional job on all levels. We have already highly recommended Twin Oaks to neighbors.
